Greetings! I am a 17-year educator and design consultant from southern CA. I was a collegiate tennis athlete, and I love traveling, reading, gardening, cooking, working out, and spending time with friends and family. I am a proud mama to Jackson, my son.

In today's fast-paced and constantly evolving world, harnessing the power of education, technology, and design to drive innovation and create meaningful impact is imperative for personal and educational success.

Create new possibilities to enrich and stimulate young minds. My expertise is streamlining online teaching content and strategies with software and technology that speak to students. I do this through research, new staff training, procedures, and swift protocols so companies and schools can grow. I strive to expand opportunities for personalized learning through new innovative ideas.

I use an out-of-the-box, creative, solution-based approach. My transparent attitude and goal of enriching learners’ lives are always at the forefront of my efforts. I developed comprehensive educational plans for new and existing schools. My extensive background includes leading curriculum design, early childhood education, math and literacy program specialization, teacher training, project management, marketing and sales, and professional development. I aspire to make an impact while understanding the supporting structures that must be in place to ensure the most successful outcomes. ​

K-12 Administration
Athletics and Outreach
I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse background of learners while maintaining a consistent 95% retention rate for over 12+ consecutive years of instruction contributing to a high district success rate. My creative side has designed orientation materials, training modules, and a rigorous curriculum. In the past, I have constructed annual curriculum projections by training staff on educational admissions policies and procedures, as well as how to read data to inform and drive instruction.
Mathematics and ELD
I have implemented new policies and coordinated various athletic teams for 17 school sites. I efficiently developed and managed the region's annual projected budget by reducing budget costs and staying within strict budget parameters with minimal overages. I contributed to school development and growth by leading 4+ successful community fundraising events and raising over $20,000 in proceeds. I improved school resources by developing partnerships with i9 Sports and CVS Pharmacies to create student coaching positions, donations, and free physicals for athletes.
Being highly skilled in adapting math instruction to meet the linguistic and academic needs of ELLs is my jam! Ensuring that students have access to high-quality math education while simultaneously developing their English language proficiency is key to academic longevity. I employ visual aids, hands-on activities, scaffolded language support, and culturally responsive teaching practices, to make math concepts comprehensible and accessible to ELLs. Most importantly, I use multicultural math resources and examples to promote diversity and inclusivity.
